Full Circle Adventures

Julie Walker Headshot

Allison Woad did a fabulous job of helping me create a new website. We worked from the bare bones of the old one, but WOW it is unrecognizable! I had a skeletal outline of what I wanted and Allison added her sense of design, creativity, beauty and structure that made it work. Her use of the images I gave her to work with, was wonderful.

Allison was easy to work with. I never felt rushed or abandoned, by our different timelines. Allison is easy to talk to, helped me understand how things work and even offered a “background training session” so that I can make all my monthly changes to the website. Allison comes highly recommended by me, for any small company, who needs a professional looking and functioning website.

PROJECT DETAILS

The Task:

Full Circle Adventures was in need of a website redesign in order to improve the User Experience and User Interface of the website along with making registering for events more streamlined. The website content also needed to be updated.

The Solution:

Julie and I worked together on re-structuring her page navigation and deciding what pages needed to be added or removed from her old website. I then proceeded to design and implement clean and consistent page layouts that we both agreed upon. Call to action buttons on her homepage were updated and her logo's flower were added to the subheadings to tie it all together.

Furthermore, additional images were added in the form of a homepage slider and page banners. We really wanted to capture people experiencing nature through her wonderful and informational programs.

The event registration process was re-worked using her existing Event Espresso plugin so visitors could quickly select and register for the event they wanted on the same page making it much more streamlined.

The whole website was built using an easy to use drag and drop page builder called *Beaver Builder that allows Julie to make changes to her website in a breeze. This was covered in our 1.5 hour WordPress training session.

Google Analytics and Search Console were setup so she could get insightful information about her visitors and how her website is performing.

Her existing logo was also redesigned to work better visually for web and print.
