RTB Tours had rebranding in order to better represent the touring company they are today which has a focus on tour packages and charters to the Canadian Rockies as well as Calgary. The task was to redesign the site to reflect the new brand, services and compel visitors to book a tour. Restructuring of existing content and navigation was also a key component in order to create a better user experience.
Through several conversations and research into similar touring companies, we settled on a plan to reorganize the hierarchy of information as well as simplifying the navigation via better grouping of pages. Outdated pages and services were removed and new services were added. Furthermore, the gallery page was removed and old / new images were placed strategically throughout the site showcasing what RTB Tours is all about.
The third party booking system was kept and important booking information was organized into tabs for easier digestion of the information. Calls to action to book tours were placed throughout the site along with their excellent Trip Advisor reviews and Trip Advisor certificate of excellence throughout the years so visitors can feel confident that they are booking an excellent tour.
Lastly Google Analytics and Search Console was setup so the company could make strategic decisions about their website performance, search ranking and marketing efforts.
